Collection of the pot is normally after 1030pm onwards.

No you don't. You do not need to wash the pot and metal utensils. Just place it in the delivery bag after your hotpot session and we will do the washing for you.

Yes you can but it is not advisable to as we make sure that every ingredient that is given to you is fresh. Keeping the ingredients over night in your fridge might lose the freshness of the ingredients.

All our soup base are cooked for 6-8hours daily. Soup base are mainly consisit of chicken bone, Beef bone and Lamb bones. Bone broth is rich in minerals that help build and strengthen your bones. It also contains many other healthy nutrients, including vitamins, amino acids, and essential fatty acids.

Deposit will be collected by our delivery guys during the delivery. After your hotpot session, once everything is return, we will be issuing you back the deposit via paynow

You will have to place your orders 1/2 days in advanvce. We do not take orders 4 hours before delivery 

There will not be any issue regarding this. There is a fan attached under all our stove for the heat to be released. You are able to request a wooden cover from us if you need it
